In her role, Mindy assists with the preparation and organization of key legal documents related to estate planning, trust administration, wills, powers of attorney, and other matters within the trusts and estates legal field.
Before joining Bousquet Holstein, Mindy had a long and impactful career in public education. She holds a Master of Science in Education from LeMoyne College, a background that fosters a patient, thorough, and empathetic approach to client service—an asset in guiding clients through the often sensitive and complex aspects of estate and trust matters.
Mindy is also a licensed New York State Notary Public, adding an extra layer of convenience and service for clients in need of notarized legal documents.
