
Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce Bridget E. Tonn has joined the firm's Trusts & Estates Practice Group in our Syracuse office.
Tonn joins the firm as an Associate and will focus her practice on estate planning, probate, and family-related matters. She has experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and premarital and postnuptial agreements. Bridget also advises clients on individualized estate planning strategies tailored to their unique personal and family needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Tonn has experience in handling matters involving premarital agreements, probate, estate planning, and employment matters. Tonn is dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community and designs estate plans that protect the rights of LGBTQ+ families. Beyond her experience in estate planning, Tonn has represented clients in employment discrimination matters across New England and New York.
Tonn earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University. During her time in law school Tonn served as a board member of the Alliance club and member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and Vermont Law Schools’ competitive trial practice team. Bridget grew up in New York City and interned for Judge ShawnDya L. Simpson of the Supreme Court 2nd Judicial District in New York prior to attending law school.
