Recognized for her experience, Kavitha is frequently called upon by employers as an external investigator for employee complaints.

Kavitha provides advice and representation to professionals in matters relating to wrongful termination, non-renewal/denial of tenure in academic appointments, discrimination (including failure to accommodate disabilities), and retaliation. Kavitha offers a balanced, yet proactive approach resolving workplace concerns.

In addition to her career in employment law, Kavitha also has experience in Trademark Prosecution, Trademark Infringement, Trade Secret Litigation, and Complex Commercial Litigation.
