Dual Citizenship

Casey can help you obtain dual citizenship. Whether you just starting your dual citizenship journey, or if your dual citizenship progress has stalled, Casey will help you work through the process. If you need to obtain the release of NYS certified birth certificates, obtain “one and the same person” court orders, or obtaining orders to direct the amendment of certain vital documents, Casey is intimately familiar with the process to help put you on the path to dual citizenship.

Casey has considerable experience working with the firm’s Brownfield Practice, focusing on the tax incentives available through the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program. Casey can help prepare your Brownfield Tax Credit Claim and respond to any subsequent desk audit to help you get your credit claim approved. Casey can help you challenge a disallowed Brownfield Tax Credit Claim.

Title IX

For victims of sexual harassment or assault on a college campus, Casey can help prepare a successful Title IX claim. Casey is experienced in preparing appropriate legal responses and will serve as your trusted advisor in the Title IX process.
