Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Jana K. McDonald has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group.
Jana has represented commercial and industrial real estate developers before all levels of governmental permitting boards and agencies as legal counsel in New Jersey and South Florida and has advised local government zoning, planning, and historic preservation boards as a planning professional in New York. She presently represents institutional, business, and individual landowners in a wide variety of real estate and business related matters in Central New York.
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Jana was an attorney at a Cazenovia law firm. She also served as Director of Planning for the City of Utica, Urban and Economic Development Department.
Jana is admitted in New York, New Jersey, Florida, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. Jana is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Law and she earned her Bachelor of City Planning degree at the University of Virginia School of Architecture. Jana resides with her family in Cazenovia, New York.
