Ryan P. Coburn

Ryan Coburn has been with Bousquet Holstein PLLC since 2007, serving as the firm’s Information Technology Manager. In this role, he leads the IT department and is responsible for ensuring that all employees have the technological tools and support they need to serve their clients efficiently and effectively. He provides guidance and training, troubleshoots complex issues, and manages the infrastructure that supports daily operations across all departments.

Beyond day-to-day operations, Ryan works closely with firm leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic business goals. He plays a key role in evaluating emerging technologies and planning for the firm’s future needs, ensuring that systems remain up-to-date, secure, and scalable. His forward-thinking approach helps the firm stay agile in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Over the years, Ryan has led a number of major projects. Notably, he coordinated the IT planning and implementation necessary for a full office relocation as well as a subsequent office expansion. These projects involved the build-out of new IT infrastructure, server relocation, and network integration—all completed with minimal disruption to firm operations. His attention to detail and clear communication contributed significantly to their success.

Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Ryan held IT support roles at a children’s therapy firm and a national music retailer. These early experiences shaped his customer-focused approach and deepened his understanding of how to deliver IT solutions in varied, fast-paced environments.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music. In addition, he is certified in Microsoft Windows Server, Workstation, and Active Directory. His blend of technical expertise and collaborative leadership continues to make him an integral part of Bousquet Holstein’s operational success.
