
Peg Lovejoy is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She brings over 11 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration. Her work includes drafting Wills and Trusts, preparing Surrogate’s Court filings, and handling estate tax returns and judicial accountings. Peg approaches each case with care and precision.
She enjoys working closely with individuals and families. By recognizing that each client has unique needs and concerns, she helps guide them through the planning process with confidence. Peg’s clients appreciate her calm, practical approach and her ability to explain complex matters in clear terms.
Before joining the trusts and estates field, Peg spent 17 years as a real estate legal assistant. She worked with clients and lending institutions on all aspects of real estate closings. This experience sharpened her skills in documentation, client service, and transaction management. It also gave her a strong foundation that continues to benefit her work today.
Community
Outside of work, Peg participates in the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes annual Walk-a-thon and has participated yearly in the local Salvation Army’s Adopt-a-Family holiday project.
