Lisa Bachar joined Bousquet Holstein in 2017. 

Experience

As Director of Human Resources, Lisa leads the firm’s human capital strategy with a focus on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, staffing, and employee benefits. She oversees the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support organizational goals, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Before joining Bousquet Holstein, Lisa served as the Regional Office Director for Barclay Damon, where she was responsible for the management and operations of five offices. In that role, she coordinated administrative functions, supported attorney and staff needs across multiple locations, and helped streamline processes to enhance efficiency and cohesion throughout the region.
