Diana Rogatch has joined Bousquet Holstein’s Brownfield Practice Group. She is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and passed the Uniform Bar Examination in April 2022. She is currently admitted to practice law in Colorado and will be admitted to practice law in New York State in January 2023.

Diana is a Law Clerk, pending admission to practice in New York, who comes to Bousquet Holstein with a passion for connecting with her clients. She worked as a litigation paralegal for a mid-size firm in Boston, MA for two years after graduating from Suffolk University, where she earned her Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Diana also interned with Judge Frederick Scullin in the Northern District of New York. Further, Diana was a member of Bousquet Holstein’s 2021 class of Summer Associates where she assisted with tax, business, and litigation matters.
Diana graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University in 2016 with a B.A. in History and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies. She then graduated cum laude from Syracuse College of Law in 2021. During law school, she was a member of the Advocacy Honor Society where she participated in negotiation competitions and an intercollegiate appellate advocacy competition, in which her team was awarded “Best Brief”. Diana was also a teaching assistant for Professor Greenberg in Appellate Advocacy, a class in which she was awarded a CALI for having the highest grade. While attending law school, Diana earned an M.B.A. from the Whitman School of Management along with her law degree in 2021. Diana’s business acumen informs her legal advocacy.
Diana is an immigrant from Belarus and grew up in Rhode Island, then Massachusetts, before moving to Syracuse to attend law school. In her free time, Diana enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks, cooking for friends and family, and watching her favorite sports teams.
