Diana G. Rogatch

“I blend my legal expertise with care and empathy toward clients to earn their trust because navigating the legal process can be unfamiliar and uncertain.”

Diana Rogatch is an attorney in the firm’s Brownfields and Business & Commercial Law Practice Groups. She brings a strong commitment to client relationships, and her M.B.A. provides practical business insight that informs every aspect of her legal work.

Background

Before joining the firm as an Associate, Diana worked as a Summer Associate at Bousquet Holstein, supporting the tax, business, and litigation practice groups.

Diana graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 2021 while simultaneously completing her M.B.A. at the Whitman School of Management. During law school, she was a member of the Advocacy Honor Society, competing in negotiation and appellate advocacy. She received the “Best Brief” award in an intercollegiate appellate advocacy competition and later served as a teaching assistant for Professor Greenberg in Appellate Advocacy after earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in that course.

Before law school, Diana worked as a litigation paralegal at a mid-sized Boston firm. She earned her B.A. in History and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk University, graduating summa cum laude. She also interned for Judge Frederick Scullin in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Originally from Belarus, Diana grew up in Rhode Island and Massachusetts before moving to Syracuse for law school. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks, cooking for friends and family, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
