Experience
Cynthia is a paralegal in the firm’s Matrimonial Litigation Practice Group, where she provides comprehensive support to attorneys by assisting with case management, discovery, legal research, drafting, trial preparation and client communications. Drawing on a background in professional stage management, Cynthia is known for her ability to coordinate complex projects, anticipate challenges, and keep teams working seamlessly toward a common goal, skills that serve her well in supporting litigation matters.
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Cynthia worked as an immigration paralegal, assisting clients with a wide range of immigration matters, preparing and filing petitions and applications, managing complex case files, and guiding clients through intricate legal processes. Earlier in her career, she was a theatre arts professional and educator with extensive experience as a stage manager, where she coordinated multifaceted productions, managed competing priorities under strict deadlines, maintained detailed schedules and records, and served as a key point of communication among diverse stakeholders. Together, these experiences have strengthened her ability to manage complex projects, balance competing demands, communicate effectively, and provide organized, detail-oriented support in a fast-paced legal environment.
Outside of the office, Cynthia is active in her son’s school community and enjoys sharing her love of baking, crocheting, reading, and the performing arts. She is also currently pursuing her paralegal certification.
