Alicia Madden serves as the firm's Chief of Operations.

Experience

As Chief of Operations, Alicia Madden partners with the firm’s Board of Managers to drive strategic and tactical initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across all operating departments. Her expertise spans financial and capital planning, data analytics, strategic development, and comprehensive project and operations management.

Before joining the firm, Alicia held senior leadership roles in higher education and government. At Syracuse University, she streamlined financial processes and led key strategic initiatives that strengthened institutional efficiency and growth. Prior to that, as Director of Financial Operations for the City of Syracuse, Alicia played a pivotal role in managing the City’s budget and expenditures throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alicia also contributes to her community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Housing and Homelessness Coalition of CNY, where she continues to apply her leadership and financial expertise to support local development and engagement.
