Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Casey A. Johnson has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Casey practices in litigation, debtor and creditor law, secured transactions, and in particular with commercial litigation clients who undergo substantial financial distress.


Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Casey was a Staff Attorney for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He has also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Andrew T. Baxter, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Margaret Cangilos-Ruiz, U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He is a graduate of Cornell University Law School and Brigham Young University. Casey is fluent in French and resides in the City of Syracuse.
