Tania Anderson Joins Bousquet Holstein PLLC, Syracuse trusts and estates attorney. Disability and special needs planning.

Based in the firm’s Syracuse office, Tania brings decades of legal, executive, and community-based leadership experience, with a focus on trusts and estates, elder law, and disability-related planning.

Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Tania served as Chief Executive Officer of ARISE Child and Family Service, Inc., a Central New York nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. Her contributions to the organization and the broader disability community have earned her a highly regarded reputation for her advocacy.  

Tania's background includes substantial experience in the state and federal court systems, serving as law clerk to the Hon. Deborah H. Karalunas, Hon. Rosemary S. Pooler, and Hon. Richard J. Cardamone. 

Tania earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and holds both a Master of Professional Studies in Media Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University. 

She is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors at Inclusive Alliance IPA and is on the board for LIFEPlan CCO NY.
