Pamela Martin is a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. She has over 30 years of experience in a legal office, including 26 years as a paralegal.

Experience

Pam brings extensive experience across all facets of real estate transactions, including detailed contract review, comprehensive title examination, and thorough oversight of final closing documentation. She also provides end-to-end support in estate matters, guiding clients through probate, administration, and small-estate proceedings from initial filing to final resolution.

For the past 26 years, Pam worked with attorney Jeffrey B. Davis, with both joining Bousquet Holstein in January 2023.

Education

Pam earned her paralegal studies degree through Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
