Emily supports the immigration team with a wide array of family-based and employment-based visa applications and petitions. With prior experience as a paralegal in both matrimonial & family law and criminal defense, she brings a strong foundation in legal procedure and client advocacy. Emily’s extensive work engaging directly with clients has honed her ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and guide people through their legal journeys with empathy and care. At Bousquet Holstein PLLC, she leverages these strengths every day to help clients navigate the complex immigration process – whether they’re pursuing a spouse visa, employment authorization, or permanent-resident application.
