Ryan S. Suser, a Member and Litigation Attorney, obtained a decision vacating a court’s prior order in the Onondaga County Family Court. The order was previously entered on default. Arguing that the default was improperly granted, and after filing an objection from an adverse finding by a trial Referee, Ryan was able to have the order vacated (cancelled) and his client’s matter reinstated to the trial calendar.
