Our Land Use, Zoning and State Environmental Quality Review experience includes assisting our governmental and developer clients with site plan and other land use approvals, zoning variances and State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) compliance. We have extensive experience working with developers on Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP), a comprehensive statutory program administered by New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The BCP provides significant refundable tax credits for the cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated sites in New York State.
