Lisa is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She has 18 years of experience working closely with individual and corporate fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts. Lisa provides administrative support to our clients in handling estates, including but not limited to, meeting probate court requirements, marshalling assets, payment of debts, estate tax and fiduciary income tax return preparation, collecting benefits, assisting with payment of retirement benefits and completion of closing documents.
Lisa also helps clients through the Trust Administration process, including funding of trusts, marshalling assets and beneficiary distributions. She also works closely with our clients including the following: Estate Planning, Fiduciary Accounting, Medicaid Applications, Guardianship Proceedings, and Gift Taxes.
Education
Lisa received her paralegal degree from Le Moyne College, National Academy for Paralegal Studies. She is the Chairperson of our Wellness Committee, a member of the YMCA of Greater Syracuse, and Strength and Motion.
