
Kristi is an experienced paralegal in the Immigration Practice Group. She is well versed in many aspects of immigration law, concentrating in the areas of both employment and family based immigration. In the employment-based area she prepares EB-1, EB-5, H-1B, K-1, L-1, O-1, P-1 and R-1 visas with great care to detail. She also has experience with family-based petitions, naturalization, citizenship, adjustment of status and dual citizenship. She serves as a liaison between attorneys and clients while providing timely and professional service to all.
Experience
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Kristi worked as a labor and employment legal assistant for 17 years. She also has experience with workers’ compensation and personal injury law.
Education
Kristi received her paralegal certificate from Syracuse University in 1993. Kristi is active in the local autism community.
