Kathryn Antonacci Brown

Kathryn is a paralegal in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. She has 27 years of extensive experience in assisting various mortgage companies and lending institutions in the closing of residential real estate matters, including preparation of related closing documents such as Notes, Mortgages, Assignments, Consolidation Agreements, and HUD I/RESPA forms. She is also very knowledgeable in the examination of title insurance and manages the firm’s title agency.

Experience

Kathryn organizes, prepares and attends closings on behalf of the firm. She also assists attorneys on various projects involving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, State of New York Office of Mental Retardation and Development Disabilities, Not-for-Profit organizations and campus housing companies. She has worked on development projects for facilities for the elderly and the handicapped, residential and commercial developers and construction loans, liquor license applications, and zoning applications.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn had several years of experience in real estate. Her knowledge, confidence and personality make the clients very comfortable and as a result, keep them coming back to our firm.

Education

Kathryn received her paralegal degree from Le Moyne College. She is also a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, and has been the guest speaker at several local and middle high schools during Law Week.
