John assists the Firm’s Board of Managers with strategic and tactical planning and implementation and oversees the Firm’s operating departments. Prior to joining the Firm, John held executive positions in the life insurance industry and led entrepreneurial initiatives including developing and leading new businesses and corporate divisions. He brings to the firm expertise in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, capital management, product development and implementation, contract negotiations, and operations management.
