Erin is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She has a great deal of experience assisting in the creation of estate plans as well as the subsequent funding of various types of trusts.
Experience
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Erin focused primarily on drafting Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Medicaid Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs), First and Third Party Special Needs Trusts,
Promissory Notes, Caregiver agreements, and real property transfers.
In addition to her experience in Trusts and Estates, Erin has also assisted in matters pertaining to business succession planning, legal entity formation and recordkeeping, residential real estate, and Guardianship proceedings.
Education
Erin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College where she was President of the Model United Nations program and a member of the Women’s Rugby team.
