
Erin Bischoffberger is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She has a great deal of experience assisting in the creation of estate plans as well as the subsequent funding of various types of trusts.

In addition to her core experience in Trusts and Estates, Erin has handled matters involving business succession planning. She understands how vital it is for business owners to secure a seamless transition to the next generation or leadership team. Her guidance helps clients preserve business continuity and minimize legal complications.
Erin also provides legal support in forming and maintaining business entities. She advises on legal entity formation, helping clients select the right structure for liability protection and operational efficiency. Once established, she assists with corporate recordkeeping to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Her experience further includes residential real estate transactions.
