Curnin C. Maloy

Curnin is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates and Employee Benefits Practice Groups. She has experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration and retirement benefits.  Her work primarily focuses on drafting Wills, Insurance Trusts, Irrevocable Medicaid Trusts, First and Third Party Special Needs Trusts and Beneficiary Designations.

Experience

In addition to her experience in Trusts and Estates, Curnin has experience in employee benefits/ERISA matters, preparing qualified domestic relations orders(QDROs), Guardianship proceedings and tax law.

Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Curnin worked as a legal assistant handling commercial and residential real estate transfers, entity formations, public finance and litigation.

Education

Curnin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The College at Brockport, State University of New York where she majored in Sociology and minored in Criminal Justice. Curnin is originally from Holland Patent, New York, a small town north of Utica and now resides in Syracuse, New York.
