Autumn Burgin is an Associate attorney at Bousquet Holstein PLLC, and works with the firm’s Corporate, Trusts & Estates and Litigation Practice Groups.
Background
Autumn received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University of Law, where she was recognized for her exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing. She served as Vice President of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) where she was a Trial Team Member throughout her tenure. Her trial performance earned her the title of Regional Champion of the Northeast Mock Trial Competition in 2023, and Best Cross Examination in 2022.
Due to her passion for law, Autumn emerged as a leader amongst her peers, and she was elected 3L Class Vice President of the Student Bar Association and Communications Director for the Advocacy Honor Society. Additionally, she was Associate Editor of Journal of Science and Technology (JOST), where her Note was published, and Senior Research Associate for the Syracuse University Innovation Law Practicum.
Upon graduation, Autumn received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a National honorary organization that recognizes graduating law students who have excelled in advocacy.
Before joining Bousquet Holstein as an Associate, Autumn participated in the firm’s Summer Associate program. Autumn graduated summa cum laude from Le Moyne College with a bachelor’s degree in political science and minors in philosophy and legal studies.
