As Chief of Operations, Alicia assists the firm’s Board of Managers with strategic and tactical planning and implementation and oversees all operating departments. Alicia’s expertise lies in financial & capital planning, data analytics, and strategic planning, as well as project and operations management.
Prior to joining the firm, Alicia held executive positions in higher education and government, most recently streamlining financial processes and managing strategic initiatives at Syracuse University. Before her position at SU, she was the Director of Financial Operations for the City of Syracuse, where she played an instrumental role managing the City’s budget and spending during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alicia currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Strathmore Neighborhood Association.
