Akina is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group with experience in estate planning and estate administration, including drafting Wills and Trusts and preparation of Surrogate’s Court filings. Akina is friendly and resourceful, and she enjoys working with clients to make sure their questions are answered promptly and projects are completed efficiently.
In her free time, she enjoys running for charity events such as the Cancer Resource Center 5k Walkathon and organizing charitable teams to support the Cornell University Elves Program and Friends of Stewart Park Playground Build.
Education
Akina received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ithaca College. She also completed the Paralegal Certificate Program at Tompkins County Community College (TC3) with Honours.
