Tom Taylor was recently selected to participate in the first international conference to establish a New Generations international exchange program for young professionals. The event, sponsored by Rotary International, was held in Frankfort Germany. The purpose of the New Generations exchange is to develop an international protocol which permits a young professional (18-30) to see and experience how his/her profession is practiced in a foreign country. Tom hopes to have the first such exchange in Central New York in the next year.
