Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney L. Micha Ordway has been elected by its members to serve on the firm’s Board of Managers.

Micha joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Micha is an experienced litigator and has litigated matters in a broad spectrum of practice areas. His experience includes representing clients in discrimination actions brought under state and federal law and actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York State Wage and Hour Law. He also handles complex commercial litigation matters, products liability suits, bankruptcy litigation, whistleblower suits, and environmental litigation in state and federal court. In addition to his litigation practice, Micha is experienced in alternative dispute resolution and has used these techniques to successfully resolve matters for his clients. Micha has also argued appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the New York Court of Appeals and various appellate divisions.

Prior to joining the firm, Micha practiced law as a commercial litigator and insurance defense counsel for a large law firm in Central New York. He also served as confidential law clerk to the Honorable Howard G. Munson, Senior United States District Judge and as senior confidential law clerk to the Honorable Gary L. Sharpe, United States Magistrate Judge.

Micha is a graduate of Albany Law School and Hamilton College. He and his family reside in Baldwinsville.
