Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Kavitha Janardhan has joined the firm as an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Kavitha served as an attorney at the Chicago and New York offices of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where she practiced commercial litigation and worked with clients on labor and employment, trade secrets and non-compete litigation matters. She has extensive experience in franchise and motor vehicle dealer laws and consumer fraud class action matters. Kavitha also served as Associate Director of the Office of Career Services at Syracuse University College of Law, advising and counseling students and alumni in professional development.
Kavitha received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. While in law school, Kavitha was a founding member of the South Asian Law Students Association, and served as staff writer for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in New York State.
