Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Kavitha Janardhan has been chosen to receive a 2021 CNY Business Journal 40 Under Forty Award.

“I am extremely honored and humbled to receive a 40 Under Forty award. I’ve built a practice in representing individuals who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, and harassed in the workplace,” Janardhan said. “It’s been a real privilege to get to know my clients and advocate on their behalf. I’m proud to be a part of my firm because our mission is to do the right thing. We’re a very community-oriented group of attorneys. We’re looking to make positive change,” she said.

In addition to her practice, Kavitha offers pro bono services through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga County. She is also member of the Board of Trustees of the Everson Museum of Art and a member of the New York Bar Association’s Task Force on Racism, Social Equity and the Law.

The 40 Under Forty Awards recognize 40 ambitious, hard-working, and civic-minded individuals who are under the age of 40. These individuals have excelled in the workplace and in the community. The award winners demonstrate diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skills; they thrive on active community involvement and appreciate the importance of their role in advancing public good. They are the next leaders who will be making decisions for their businesses.
