The Town Board for the Town of DeWitt recently appointed Bousquet Holstein PLLC attorney Joshua Werbeck to the Town of DeWitt Zoning Board of Appeals (the “ZBA”). The ZBA reviews and decides applications for use and area variance in the Town and issues interpretations of the Town’s zoning regulations. Josh is chair of Bousquet Holstein’s Real Estate Group. Josh serves the ZBA as an alternate member.

Joshua Werbeck is a Member of Bousquet Holstein PLLC and serves on its Board of Managers. He is the Chair the firm’s Real Estate and Liquor Licensing and Compliance Practice Groups.
In real estate matters, Josh represents individuals, businesses, and non-profits, including developers, lenders, homeowners associations, condominium boards, and homeowners. His experience includes acquisitions and sales in commercial and residential transactions, leasing and landlord-tenant matters, financing and raising capital, structuring for the receipt of tax credits and government grants, and 1031 exchanges.
