Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to welcome Jeffrey C. Fasoldt Jr. and Kaimeng Xing to the firm’s Summer Associate program.

Jeffrey is entering his final year at Syracuse University College Of Law.  At Syracuse, Jeffrey is an Associate Notes Editor for the Syracuse Law Review, and was inducted into the Justinian Honor Society in the spring. This upcoming fall, Jeffrey will serve as a research assistant to E.I. White Chair and Distinguished Professor of Law, Robin Paul Malloy. Last summer, Jeffrey served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable David N. Hurd, U.S. District Court, N.D.N.Y. Jeffrey is a cum laude 2017 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with a minor in Law and Society. During his time at St. Bonaventure, Jeffrey served as a Content Marketing Intern at Annese & Associates, Inc. in Rochester, NY.  He also served as a Communications/Development Intern at the District of Columbia Bar Foundation in Washington, D.C. Jeffrey has also worked as a sports writer for the Livingston County News, as well as for Bonaventure’s student-run online newspaper – The Intrepid.

Kaimeng is a student at Cornell University, Cornell Law School. He is a magna cum laude 2018 graduate of Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Max. M. Fisher College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts and Sciences. At Ohio State, Kaimeng has served as a Resident Advisor. He has also served as an Internal Audit Intern at Worthington Industries in Columbus, Ohio, and a Corporate Planning Intern at Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas.
