Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Gregory D. Eriksen has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney with a focus on commercial litigation.  His range of experience includes contract disputes, employment matters, government investigations, and legal and medical malpractice defense.  He has worked in a variety of settings, from State and Federal appellate matters to State administrative proceedings to Federal District Court, State Supreme Court, and various town courts. Gregg currently serves as a Trustee for the Village of Skaneateles.

Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Gregg served as an Associate Attorney at a Syracuse-based law firm. Gregg also was a law clerk to Hon. Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Gregg earned his Juris Doctor graduating magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law where he served on the editorial board of the Syracuse Law Review, was inducted into the Justinian Society and awarded the Order of the Coif for his studies, and inducted into the National Order of Scribes for his legal writing.  His legal writing also received national recognition in the form of a Burton Award for his Law Review note, which addressed wind energy in New York State, and which has been cited in subsequent scholarships on the topic. Gregg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science graduating cum laude from Middlebury College in Vermont.

Originally from the Hudson Valley, Gregg and his family now reside in Skaneateles, NY.
