Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Georgia G. Crinnin has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group.

In Trust and Estate Planning, Georgia works to understand each client’s individual needs and family background and helps clients create estate plans that take into account tax planning, trusts for children or grandchildren, planning for family members with special needs, and Medicaid planning.  As an experienced Estate Administration attorney, Georgia also works with families to ensure that the probate process is as seamless as possible.  This includes working with the Executor to open probate, administer assets, and negotiating with creditors.

Georgia is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she served as Lead Article Editor at the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice and graduated magna cum laude from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Georgia serves on the Board of Directors of ARISE, Inc., and participates in the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project Landlord Tenant Court Clinic. She is a native of Syracuse and resides in Downtown Syracuse.
